About Jane Deane – Director
I have 14 years’ experience of recruiting for financial services positions in the North West area. I recruit for IFAs, Wealth Managers, Financial Planners, Paraplanners, Sales Support, IFA Administrators, Pensions Specialists and Compliance Professionals. Prior to working in recruitment I spent 17 years working within the financial services industry for both Life Offices and IFA Practices. I thoroughly enjoy recruitment having previously worked as a consultant and manager for other recruitment companies. I took the plunge to set up my own business in March 2014 and it has gone from strength to strength, largely due to my dedication and commitment to both clients and candidates, which is evidenced by the vast number of successful placements I have made and the referrals I receive.
